Fifth Square Compound is located in the Golden Square in the 5th Settlement, close to North 90th Street, the American University and the Cairo–Suez road. The project spans roughly 158 feddans and combines residential buildings with villa areas, hotel apartments, and office and retail units.

Fifth Square includes several areas and phases, the most notable of which are:

• Fifth Square Residences: residential buildings with fully finished apartments in a variety of sizes.
• Villa Square: a low-density neighborhood of standalone villas, townhouses and twin houses.
• Lake Residence: furnished, serviced hotel apartments managed by Rotana.
• Moon Residences: a residential phase within the project with apartments in contemporary designs.
• Avenue 95: a commercial and services area that serves residents.
• Fifth Square Mall: a retail and leisure destination with shops, restaurants, cinemas and family services.

The project already has delivered and occupied phases, along with a resale and rental market. The company began delivering the first phases of Fifth Square in November 2020.

Al Marasem introduced Mar Ville in New Zayed on roughly 111 feddans, as the company's first major expansion into west Cairo. The project includes residential apartments, standalone villas, townhouses and twin houses, along with hotel units and commercial and administrative services.

Buildings and homes are spread among gardens and open areas, with a large share of the project's land set aside for green spaces and landscaping. The master plan also includes a social club, a hotel, restaurants, cafes and service and leisure areas.

Apartment sizes start from around 110 m², while villas start from about 200 m². The company announced that the master plan was designed by the French firm Architecture Studio.

Mar Bay Ras El Hekma is Al Marasem's coastal project, located at Km 191 on the Alexandria–Matrouh road. The resort offers chalets, standalone villas, townhouses and twin houses, with varying sizes, locations and views.

The project's planning uses graded land levels to widen the views, with lakes and swimming areas distributed among the residential neighborhoods. The project also extends along a seafront of about 1,200 metres, plus island beaches connected to the sea with a length of roughly 1,050 metres.

Al Marasem has added MAResidence Signature Rotana to its portfolio, a residential product linked to Rotana hotel management. The project targets buyers looking for a unit with operating and hospitality services, whether for personal use or for investing in hotel accommodation.

A serviced unit differs from a traditional residential apartment in its management fees, leasing policy, distribution of returns and how freely the owner can use the unit.
